I started my career after military training during the early 70's in Corporate banking, more specific in the finance division of the bank. It was an excellent university that equipped me with a solid foundation of knowledge and financial discipline.

Thereafter I spent many years in business consulting and the hospitality industry, managing different Lodge divisions, also as General Manager. I identified the loopholes, gaps and challenges that are sometimes not so obvious but it eventually absorb some of the bottom line profits.

It was only when I started my own Lodge that circumstances during COVID-19 forced me to focus more on critical survival areas of business. 

I collected a life-time of experience in many industries and decided to package that experience and make a contribution to help people to become business owners who are struggling to start a new business or want to upscale or just want to fine tune their operations.

Dare Consulting was born in 2022 to start contributing to start ups, small to medium size enterprises (SME'S) in various industries.

The current South African economic and business conditions as well as the political issues are now playing a major role in the success of small businesses and every business owner need the best guidance to keep focused.
